Terms of Service.

BotKhmer is a software-as-a-service platform that lets businesses connect their Facebook Pages to an automated Messenger chatbot. The bot replies to customer messages and comments based on flows you build inside the BotKhmer dashboard.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any business you sign up. By using the Service, you represent that you control or have permission to operate every Facebook Page you connect.

• New accounts come with a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required to start.
• After the trial, you may continue by paying for a plan via ABA, Wing, ACLEDA, or Pi Pay. We extend your account's expiration date manually once we confirm the transfer.
• Plan limits (Pages, admin users) are listed on the pricing page. Exceeding limits is not blocked at the API layer but may trigger a follow-up email asking you to upgrade.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited promotional messages outside Meta's 24-hour messaging window or without a qualifying message tag (e.g. POST_PURCHASE_UPDATE, CONFIRMED_EVENT_UPDATE, ACCOUNT_UPDATE).
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person; send spam; or post content that is illegal under Cambodian law.
• Sell or facilitate the sale of regulated goods (drugs, firearms, etc.) where prohibited.
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section. We always cooperate with lawful Cambodian government requests, and with reasonable Meta requests related to platform integrity.

You own the flows, replies, images, and any business content you create in BotKhmer. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You — the business customer — are the controller of the subscriber data we collect on your behalf. BotKhmer acts as a processor. You are responsible for having the legal basis to message your subscribers and for honouring their opt-out requests promptly.

We target high uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take the Service offline for maintenance with reasonable notice via email, and emergency maintenance without notice.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may terminate any account that breaches these Terms or that has been inactive (no logins) for more than 12 months.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Bot will reply correctly to every message, that Meta will accept every send, or that Facebook's APIs will behave identically across changes that Meta makes outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Cambodian law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
